About Jessie

I'm Jessie Hilyard, an amateur photographer in Omaha, Nebraska. I grew up in a small town in Missouri, in the middle of the country.  As a kid my mom always had a camera in hand and I grew to love taking pictures of anything and everything.  At a young age I learned how to operate a 35 mm film camera.  As I got older and technologies advances my passion for photography grew. Now my camera of choice is a digital SLR, which gives a photographer all the best features.

I have a love of nature and finding the beauty in everything, which inspires my photography.  It is important to me to find the best angles, poses and lighting to make my subjects look the best.  I enjoy photographing most anything but my biggest passions are nature and people.
